Use of Status
For a new sale (not to an existing customer), our sales team is in a situation where they have to manage a statuses in 3 separate places - Accounts, Opportunities and Quotes.
We are asking our reps to manage an opportunty and the Account Status does update when an opportunty is created and when a quote is generated, but for the stages beyond the quote we have to change it in multiple places.
