Is there a way to change the Reply-to domain names in Case Email Replies?
When we send emails from Netsuite, the "from" email address is either the user's email address or a company address like "support@companyname.com". However the reply to address is usually something like "cases.xxxxx.yyyy@cases.netsuite.com".
This use of a different "reply-to" domain from the "from" email address makes our customers think these are fraudulent email addresses.
Is there anyway to have Netsuite use a domain like "cases.companyname.com" in these reply-to addresses provided we set up our domain provider to forward cases.companyname.com to the correct Netsuite domain? This is becoming a big deal for us.
