Outbound Dialer
We have a requirement for an outbound dialer that would use the telephone number of a customer opportunity record, and auto dial the next number when the current opportunity closes, from a list of opportunities displayed.
Our telephony system is 3CX, with 3CX voip client softphone, and we have click to call, and inbound screen pop configured.
Our objective is to reduce the time between closing the previous call to opening the next call, in a small call centre type operation.
Can anyone help.....
