Change Date & Time for Forecast Accuracy

Every once in a while I want to run the forecast with updated totals on a day other than the scheduled day and time in the Sales Preferences.  Such as today, the start of a new quarter. 

Last night I made changes to the Sales Reps forecast to move all Q2 items forward.  I went in this morning and put Wednesday 11am as the time.  At 11:10 I looked at the forecast and items were still reflected in Q2 as if I had done nothing last night.  None of my changes were picked up.

We usually run at noon on Friday.  I went ahead and moved back as it seems to not matter.
