Live Person vs Velaro - Feedback Requested
We are looking at the 2 Netsuite integrated live chat options Live Person & Velaro. After speaking to both companies, and comparing then as close to apples to apples - the cost seems to be about the same. I know some people think Velaro is cheaper, but if you want similar features, they are really about the same costwise. I would like to hear from a functional experience perspective what people that are trying to get the most out of the integration with Netsuite.
