Invalid custentity_leadsource reference, error message

We are trying to upload a CSV file and get this message after trying to upload files:

Invalid custentity_leadsource reference key Greenbuild 2009.

What's really interesting is that in the test we did, half of the entries uploaded and the other half didn't...all of the fields in the CSV file are the same...(test of 10 rows)

The question is why did some upload and some not? And, what's the fix?

We've hired a consultant firm to help us and they are as surprised as we are with the results. Is there a bug in NetSuite or has anyone else experienced this error message when trying to upload files to NetSuite?
