Mass "Soft Opt-Out" Update? Can be done?
Hello,
We have a rather large amount of bounced emails from our leads (a few thousand).
I understand how to set a filter in a saved search but instead I would like to take these people and change them all to soft opt-out.
Can anybody explain how this can be done? I am sorting through the mass update section of netsuite but cannot figure out how I would go about doing this.
EDIT: Nevermind. I found out I just do not have the correct permissions to schedule the update. I knew something was missing!!
