Email Case Capture not working
Hi,
My client recently moved their Exchange Server to a different IP and that seems to have broken the Email Case Capture function.
A customer's email to the support email id no longer creates a new case. However if an email is sent to the support id from within the organisation, or if an email is sent directly to the NetSuite email address, it works!! Any ideas how I can fix this?
