sales ops/operations metrics
What sort of metrics or KPIs do you find to be most useful fro sale ops that are easily tracked in NetSuite?
I come from a salesforce.com environment where many of the items I wish to track are opportunities in a current status.
How long has it been in a current status?
I create metrics around each individual stage. I also drive alerts and workflow based on that timing. It appears that I can't do this in NetSuite, so I'm trying to see if there are other metrics or KPIs I can use to suffice.
