Are NetSuite Quotas Usable Yet?

Over the last 3-4 years a number of major issues and concerns have been raised concerning the usability of the NetSuite Quota system. A search of the NSUG suggests that some users still find Quotas not usable.

I would like to poll current users to find out:

[*]Are NetSuite Quotas are working for you?
[*]Have you tried to use quotas but we unable to because of NetSuite limitation?
[*]What to you consider to be the current major obstacles to using NetSuite quotas?[/LIST]Also, I'm hoping that at least some of the Quota Defects and ERs have been implemented by now
