How to hyper link to Customer Support Portal?
How can I generate the URL that links to the customer support portal for any given support case?
I know that if I send a message via the NS case form that the customer will receive a hyper link that will take them directly to the case, but how can I find out what that URL is without sending a message from the case?
Why should I want to do this? Over time customers build up a history of support cases and I want to be able to send them a summary email containing links to all their past cases.
