Re-Marketing Emails - 3rd Party Javascript Integration

Apologies if this has been covered previously, but I cannot seem to find anything on the forum, and we are pretty new to NetSuite.

Background:
Through our affiliate program, we have been approached by one our affiliates to run a re-targeting campaign, whereby customers who abandon their cart are sent an email to ask if there was a problem with their shopping experience, and can we help.

Issue:
We have been supplied a snippet of Javascript which we need to place into our shopping cart (done), but there is also a requirement to place the code onto:
