Sales Reps & Order Integration Programs

I have had a couple of requests from Sales Reps that we use Brandwise or BWConnect to streamline the order process.  Does anyone have any experience with this?   I hear it integrates with NetSuite.  Any input on this or a similar program would be greatly appreciated.
