Creating CASES from Sales Orders / Invoices
Hello
We are trying to find a way of creating CASES direct from a Sales Order or Sales Invoice.
Ideally we want to create the CASE and relate the data from the Sales Order or Invoice to the CASE (customer, sales order / invoice number, pull down list of items from the sales order)
Is this possible ?
