using Global Search to find Estimates - doesn't work for sales users

Hey all,

Having a problem with some of my sales users. I am an admin but also work in sales. If I do type an existing estimate # into global search I get a result with a link to the estimate.

When my regular sales guys do the same they get nothing. However if they go into the list of open estimates they can find it scrolling around.

I'd like them to be able to easily type in an est. # like I do. Anyreason why it's not working? I looked thru their permissions but cant figure this one out.
