Find duplicates but filter reports/dashboard
Hello,
I want my sales reps to see their pipeline when running reports and also only view their data when adding trend graphs to their dashboards.
This works wonderfully when I set the Employee Restrictions to
"own, subordinates and unassigned".
However, this creates a huge problem with duplicate leads being entered. My sales reps look up the lead before calling them to make sure there is not another rep assigned to that lead. When I have the above permission they can't see leads assigned to other sales reps and enter.
I can't be the only person with this problem..any suggestions out there?
