Order e-mails

Our order e-mails used to have our store name in the from section of an e-mail. Lately they now have our personnel names. So instead of a customer getting a order receipt e-mail from OUR STORE NAME they get if from Dave etc.

Very unprofessional IMO. How can I fix this?
