Replacing a Sales Rep with Team Selling

I am trying to replace a sales rep that is no longer with our company.  Ideally I can round robin their leads.

I first tried to mass update and remove them using the "Remove sales team member".  This gives me an error, and I found something in Suite Answers stating that the sales rep must be at 0% or the mass update will fail.

Fine, so I try to update the sales rep through .csv updating.  I set the customer and sales rep and contribution to 0% BUT that gives me back an error "Total contribution for sales reps is 0.0%.  It must be 100%.  Please modify contributions."
