Case won't close - no Date Closed
I have a whole bunch of cases that have a case status that corresponds with a Closed stage. However, they do not have a Date Closed date so they show open in the Case List.
Has anyone seen this before? On some of those cases I can change the status to another status, click save, save it back to the correct status and it fixes the problem. On other cases I try that it is still doesn't fill out the date closed field.
Any ideas?
