Manually migrate data from Salesforce.com to NetSuite for SFA

Has anyone done this?  We don't have enough data to warrant outside services but its more than just importing some customers- looking for some advice from someone who has migrated from SFDC to NetSuite.  We want to bring over accounts, contacts, opportunities, notes, and a few other things.
