Customer Retention
I thought I would reach out and see if folks have any ideas on how to best handle customer retention. I have seen some new companies such as mineful.com, but I would like to see if we can do this within Netsuite.
My initial thought was to have a report calculate customer ordering frequency and then group that for a sales campaign. This can be done, but not easily as you inevitably need to group the search results and Grouping cannot use a search that has a field that is grouped. You can get the Internal ID and then export the results and import and flag a field; but not a lot of fun.
