Anonymous Customer Placeholder
Hello,
We have the Anonymous Customer Placeholder set up to direct emails to create support cases. But on many occasions cases are not being created even though the contact is present in NetSuite.
For example:
1/ The email address is present in the contact record as well as the customer record but the case goes to the anonymous placeholder.
We also have emails coming in from contacts that have a contact attached to a customer record and it goes to the correct customer. I have also checked and the contacts in question do NOT have duplicate email addresses in NetSuite.
I know there used to be some issues a while back with this but does anyone else have any known issues with this?
