Ideas for service request case forms
I have a standard external customer center case form. I'd also like to have some specific forms for "work requests" where the fields vary based on the request type. For example, one might be: transfer account, and the fields that need to be populated are specific to those needed for our technical staff to do this. Does anyone have any ideas for this? I wasnt sure if it would be a variation of a case form or an online customer form - couldnt really find an obvious solution. TIA!
