Processed Quotes still in Forecast

Hello,

We have an issue where a quote gets marked processed/won but still appears in the "quotes section" of a forecast.

I believe what is happening is that when you have multiple quotes on an opportunity and one of those quotes is the winner, creating a sales order from it seems to mark every quote on the opportunity as won (which makes no sense to me).  So, the quote is now at 100%, but with no transaction (sales order or invoice) attached to the quote, the forecast believes it is still open.

Why would a quote that is won - 100% appear as open in a forecast?
