Update Messages Tab through bcc email?
We know that Netsuite assigns an email address to every case and opportunity so that if someone replies to that address, the email is added to the messages tab of the case or opportunity. What we're looking for is a way to bcc emails (or forward emails) from our desktop/mobile email systems to Netsuite so that emails can be automatically attached to such records.
1) Does anyone have a solution?
2) Netsuite - can't you put some "structure" in the email address? For example, it would be nice to have an email address or alias like Account.Case@cases.shareholderrep.com
