How to find orders for product items that just came back into stock?

What is the best method by which to find Sale Orders that have product in stock and waiting to be fulfilled?

I am trying to find a way to search all the pending fulfillment orders (partial or otherwise) and only select the one which have line times that are in stock. 

We often have customers place "back orders" for times that out of stock; or perhaps 2 of the 10 items they ordered did not ship be cause they were out of stock.   As stock is received, how do we identify only the few orders that were placed for that stock item?
