Short cuts for entering customer notes ...
Have used various Contact manager programs in the past such as Act and Goldmine. Very good programs for keeping customer call information.
However, with the Netsuites Contact manger, my reps are finding is very cumbersome going through multiple screens to log or view notes and comments in the customer's file.
Was wondering if any users out there might have some shortcuts for entering and viewing. Perhaps screen view modification?
Any tips or comments are much appreciated, thank you
