Changing the from email address on support cases
When an email is sent from a support case under the Messages tab, the from email is the support email entered under Support Preferences. Is there any way to change the from email address?
I tried using the one I set under my personal preferences but it only took on other records not on the case. I even tried changing it in a before submit script and again it didn't work.
