Send Email to Customer After Set Time Frame?
I'm sure there's a way to do this, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Anyone want to help me out? I'd like to have Netsuite automatically email a customer after a set period of time, say two weeks. So two weeks after their order is completed, the customer receives an email from us thanking them and whatnot. Could anyone walk me through how to set up the workflow for this? Thank you!
