Upsell Wizard

I am having trouble using the Upsell Wizard. I keep getting stuck at Step 2. After I selected to Upsell all items and the set Upsell Criteria (Correlation Greater Than = 0%, Count Greater Than = 0), the search does not show me any items with positive correlation. I get a blank list.

I have set Upsell Preferences as follows:
- Items to Upsell: Show Upsell Items and Related Items
- Minimum Correlation: 0%
- Minimum Lift: 0%
- Minimum Count

I have created ~20 Approved Sales Orders with varying combination of items, trying to build correlation. We only using Service items.

What am I missing here?
