How do I link a support case to an item record
How do I link a support case to an item record? I have the offer support box checked on items so when I create a case for a damaged item I can select the customer , transaction and Item. I can see the case on a customer record and a transaction but not the item record. This would be helpful to track trends on returns or item issues. Am I missing something ?
