Managing customer enquires
We are being overwhelmed by email from customers and I was wondering if there is any way to configure Netsuite to deal with this problem.
At the moment our mail email address is sales@cp-lighting.co.uk however when we send out order confirmations etc they come out from orders@cp-lighting.co.uk then when we do marketing campaigns we send out the emails from marketing@cp-lighting.co.uk The reasons we do this is to enable the emails to be filtered into various boxes. You don't want your main email to be full of out of office emails every time you end out a marketing email.
