Picking Ticket & Description Item

We have made a couple of Description Items that we use to communicate to our shipping dept.  One of them for instance is "Ship Blind" The description reads "Do not include packing slip with this order".  This is for when we are dropping shipping to our customers' customer. 

Picking tickets only show items in stock and committed, therefore these description items do not show on the picking ticket like they should. 

Any ideas how make them appear on a picking ticket?
