Fixing our quote (estimate) entry form

We have been suing a customized entry form for estimates, which we refer to as quotes.  It has been working fine.  I recently found a use for a screen field that we had turned off during the original customization. 

So, I went into customize forms, chose the quote form we use.  Found the field in Screen Fields>Main.  Checked the box for display.  Set it into the Primary Information field group and clicked save.

The field still does not show up.  The field I am trying t re-implement is "Include in Forecast".

Any thoughts?
