Handling Email Bounces?
What is the best way to handle undeliverable email bounces? Ideally I would want NetSuite to delete the contact email address and do something like flag the contact as inactive or disassociate it from that customer's record. Our customers are always businesses, not individuals, and our contacts are customer employees. With turnover it can be difficult to keep our records accurate and email bounces are a almost always a sure sign that contact is no longer valid for a given customer. I've looked through many NetSuite help articles and can't seem to find a clear way to maintain our contact
