Help Desk - An unexpected error has occurred

Does anyone else have the same issue started this week?
When creating or changing the assigned to on the Help Desk form and click on the Save button this messages appear.
An unexpected error has occurred
The system will send out a notification that I have created a support case but when I look-up the case number from the email it is not saved in NetSuite
Kindly click "Yes" on "Did this answer the question?" if you find the reply on your thread helpful. This will aid the others with the same question to easily find the correct answer. Thank you!
