Pricing on sale items

We put out a bi-monthly flyer featuring usually 10-20 items at a set price for that period.  Our policy is that customers get their normal pricing or flyer pricing whichever is better.  How can I set this pricing into Netsuite and get it to override normal pricing, but only when applicable?

Any help is appreciated.
