Track Last Sales Activity for Customers & Contacts Together
We are trying to create a way to track if a customer has been contacted within 6 months. We created customer saved search for Last Sales Activity, but that only catches communications logged at customer/company level.
We have many communications that were only logged to the contact level and not the customer/company level. Does anyone have a good suggestion of how to track Last Sales Activity for both the Customer and all of the customer's contacts at the same time?
