Case Escalation Time Zone
We use Eastern Time Zone in our company set-up and have set up a case escalation rule to escalate a case if it is open for more than 2 hours. I noticed that while the escalation works fine, the Date/Time on the Escalation>History is in Pacific Time Zone (EST - 3 hours). This seems like a NetSuite defect, or am I doing something wrong?
Manual escalation date/time works as expected.
0
