Attach only Customer's Sales Orders to Cases
When we first started testing Cases, we were able to pull up a test that we had sent and view a list of Sales Orders for that person (by selecting Type Sales Order and clicking on the "Tran No" drop-down next to it), but now that we're up and running (live) with Cases, when we go to view Sales Orders for a customer (by selecting Type Sales Order and clicking on the "Tran No" drop-down next to it), ALL Sales Orders appear in the list and not just Sales Orders matching the customer that the case is about.
Why or how did this change and how can we change it back?
