Cannot create Estimate from Opportunity

I've enabled the Lead Conversion Feature.

I've created a Lead and Converted it to a Prospect. When Converting I have also created an Opportunity for that Prospect. I'm trying now to create an Estimate for that Opportunity, but my Create New dropdown does not include Estimate, Sales Order, Case Sale or Invoice, unlike the screenshot shown on the Help page here: https://system.na1.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_N1067079.html

I'm using a custom Opportunity and custom Estimate form. I have also tried to edit the Action Buttons on the Customize Form page, but Estimate doesn't appear on that list.
