Deleting attachments from anonymous customer folder for spam/uneeded support cases
Has anyone figured out how to link deleting the attachments that users email in to the support system when the case and or messages in the case are deleted? We seem to get a lot of spam and it files under a folder for 'anonymous customer'. We then have to filter through the individual attachments to delete the spam and keep the valid attachments. The size of the folder increases pretty rapidly as well.
Looking for a good suggestion to resolve this.
