Sending a "Welcome" email to a new customer
Hello everyone!
I am quite new to using Netsuite, and this usergroup has been a good help to understand its possibilities and limitations, so maybe you can help me on this.
I am looking for a solution to send automatically a Welcome email to our new customers (after the first order for example), do you know any way to do it very simple?
I already looked at the Suite Answer "Welcome Email Sent to Customers Three Days After First Order Workflow" Answer ID: 19035 but it would make use create a checkbox in the Customer Record and my boss doesn't want to do that only for one email, do you have another way of doing it?
