How to Report Times for Custom On Hold Case Statuses
I've created several statuses that are "on hold". I want to be able to report on those statuses independent of the Time On Hold that is shown on the Metrics tab. For us, a case can go on hold for multiple reasons and progress through several on hold statuses before the case is closed.
The question is how to capture the time spent in these custom statuses. I'm assuming that I can use the System Notes to capture the change in status and then calculate the hours from when the case entered that status and when it exited. However, I don't know how.
