Standard Case Form - Native Netsuite Fields Not Populating with Contact Office Phone
Does anyone know how to get the Contact's Phone Number to populate in the Phone field on the case form? It seems this might be bug? Why would the contact's email address populate and not the Phone?
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create a new case Form - Standard Case Form.
2) Select a Contact.
3) The contact's email address prepopulates in the Email field (fine).
4) The Phone field does not update to match the selected contact (issue).
