How to get cc/bcc of incoming communication emails
Did something change in recent versions of Netsuite regarding incoming emails? Is there a setting to enable this again? We used to get customer responses to Netsuite based emails forwarded to email, but now it looks like they are not being sent.
Flow:
1. Sales Order > Email Customer Message
2. Customer responds via email > Response appears in Communications tab AND also appears in mail. Currently messages are not appearing in normal mail.
