How can we stop a Sales Reps ability to view contacts when the Sales Rep is not assigned to the cust
We currently have the Role > Employee Restriction set to "own and subordinates only." This restriction is too broad because we would like for the sales reps to have the ability to view all the customers, but not the contacts that are associated to that customer, when they are not the assigned sales rep. Otherwise, they might create a duplicate customer because the customer exists already in our system.
