Associate Contact Campaign Response with Customers
Anyone know how to associate a contact campaign response with a customer campaign response? For example, John Doe at XYZ Co registers for an event so we enter a campaign response for him. However the sales rep wouldn't know this by looking at the company unless they viewed John Doe's contact record. I really want to do this so that when we create an opportunity it pulls the leads source from the most recent campaign a contact has responded to.
