Slow responses Mon 16th Oct (4pm-BST)

Hi,

Anyone else experienced painfully slow responses between 4pm-5pm on Monday 16th Oct???

tracert showed normal responses all the way through to 'system.netsuite.com', but we were getting 2-3 mins where we would expect 5-10 seconds!!!

Sorry I am asking here. All my experiences of reporting through Gold support resulted in asking and answering the same questions over and over .....
