Multiple Locations - Display reports, KPI's etc; in Local Currency?

We have rolled out NetSuite in our UK territories and set our Base Currency as GBP (as this is the Head Office Location). However we are now rolling this out into our other European locations which mostly work in Euro's.

1) How do we get the KPI's to show the site currency and not Base Currency?
2) How do we get reports and save searches to use location currency?

Has anyone else come across such multiple currency issues with locations worldwide? Is there any way to set a 'local base currency'?
